Tems and Conditions:

  • Clause 1: Refund on return of product.
  1. In case of defective product exchange will be possible but in case of colour selection we are not giving any exchange or refund.
  2. In case the item is to be returned after purchase, complete refund is not possible.
  3. The amount after deduction of service charge (shipping  fees etc.) shall only be refunded.
  4. The amount will be refunded only to the beneficiary of the card/account holder. The amount shall not be refunded to a third party.
  5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Silkalay Management shall be final and binding upon the concerned party.

 

  • Clause 2: Refund on cancellation of an order
  1. Cancellation of order is possible any time before the dispatch of product i.e. before the product has been shipped.
  2. Under such circumstances complete amount will be refunded to the beneficiary.
  3.  The amount will be refunded only to the beneficiary of the card/account holder. The amount shall not be refunded to a third party.
  4. Cancellation of product is not possible once the item has been shipped. Under such circumstances Clause 1 shall hold good.
  5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Silkalay Management shall be final and binding upon the concerned party.

 

  • Clause 3:  Exchange of product
  1. Product once sold shall not be exchanged for another product.
  2. Clause 1 or Clause 2 shall be referred to under such circumstances.
  3. In case of any dispute, the decision of Silkalay Management shall be final and binding upon the concerned party.

 

  • Delivery of Product.
  1. Shipping is free for any item ordered and delivered within India.
  2. Shipping cost may vary from region to region for any product to be delivered outside India.
  3. Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery destination and all other rules set by the courier companies are applicable.
  4. Silkalay Management is liable to replace any product that is damaged during transit.
  5. There shall be no replacement of products that are damaged after the delivery of the same. The receiver is responsible to ascertain the product condition at the time of delivery.
  6. Ideally the product shall be delivered within 7-10 working days in India and 10-15 working days abroad. In case of any discrepancies it shall be dealt as case-by-case basis.
  7. The customer is requested to provide correct and proper address during purchase to avoid any inconvenience at later stage
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Silkalay Management shall be final and binding upon the concerned party.

 

  • Privacy Terms
  1. Your personal data shall be used only for registration purpose.
  2. Silkalay Management is responsible for not sharing or using your information for any other purpose other than purchase and sale.
  3. Your card details will remain safe with the party managing the transactions and under no circumstances will be misused.
